The best way to Quit Smoking Using the E-cigarette

If you want to quit smoking, then the E-Cigarette is a very easy way to do this.

Because
E-Cigarette has several different strength nicotine tips , you can with the help of time and dedication, slowly ween yourself off the smoking habit. The way we suggest is this:

1. Start by using the
E-Cigarette with your normal strength tips either the "Strong Tip" or the "Medium Tip" but the one that is closest to the strength that you were previously using on regular Cigarette's. Smoke your normal amount for about 2 weeks.

2. Next move to a lighter level tip either the "Medium Tip" or the "Light Tip" and proceed with this strength for a further 2 weeks. But continue to smoke the amount you normally would.

3.Continue to move down through the levels
"Strong Tip" to the "Medium Tip" to the "Light Tip" all the way down to the "Non Nicotine Tip" using each for a 2 week period or slightly longer if you feel you need too. Once you have progressed to the "Non Nicotine Tip" you should start to feel that you have broken the nicotine habit until one day you will suddenly feel that you do not need to smoke at all, and the smell of people smoking around you will spark new feelings of disgust and repulsion. Then and only then will you be totally smoke free.
